Betty Castor recently received the annual Architect of Change Award at “She’s the Change Annual Conference” of Ruth’s List Florida. The award was presented to Betty to highlight her esteemed career and for being a trailblazer for women across the state. It was presented by her daughters, Congresswoman Kathy Castor and the Honorable Karen Castor, which made the ceremony extra special.
