As an organization, the Athena Society, Inc. continues to be attentive, supportive and committed to efforts that will change the present state of pay inequity between men and women and minority workers. Our position statement on Pay Equity is so in keeping with those efforts and voices who call for closing the pay gap, advocating for equal value and appreciation for the contributions of all workers and supporting comparable pay for the work of all – regardless of gender and ethnicity.
