Yvonne Fry has been elected to serve as the chair for the 22 member Florida Commission on the Status of Women for the 2015-16 year beginning April 1. She was appointed to the Commission in 2012 by Attorney General Pam Bondi with the goal of continuing to increase the awareness of women’s issues as well as to develop even stronger collaboration statewide to find solutions and partnerships on women’s issues. Yvonne also chairs the Hillsborough Commission on the Status of Women.
