Save the date! Mama Rwanda film premiers in Tampa on November 29, 7 p.m. at the Straz. The Akilah Institute for Women is thrilled to partner with award-winning filmmaker, Laura Waters Hinson, for this release of her newest film which follows two Rwandan women and highlights the roles of education and access to capital in empowering women to overcome poverty through entrepreneurship.
