Lots of excitement at the Helen Gordon Davis Centre for Women in preparation for the annual Waves of Change Women’s Leadership Luncheon. It’s set for Wednesday, March 21, at Armature Works (1910 No. Ola St.).
The 2018 Women’s Leadership Award will be going to Joy Mangano, a self-made millionaire entrepreneur, inventor of the Miracle Mop and inspiration behind the acclaimed film “Joy.” The Waves Award will be presented to Clemmie Perry, founder of Women of Color Golf and Girls on the Green Tee.
